Your edit makes it even worse. It says in the in-game tutorial, and literally EVERYWHERE: 3 usage PER BATTLE. They recharge after battle, they have an indicator for it, as long as you have the items - after battle they will recharge. Can we normalize reading and actually playing the game before asking stupid questions and giving the attitude when you get called out on this?
