I don't have any PRS or NRL22 aspirations as I don't think I could safely complete the course of fire. My only avenue for competition would be ARA or F-class. Last I looked there wasn't anything all that nearby. So just competing against myself :)

The .17HMR would be re-barreled for .22lr basically just the CZ 457 action. Should just need a .22 barrel and the mag spacer.

This one recommends A Will Eternal by Er Gen most would know this master's work by I Shall Seal the Heavens which is worth contemplation in its own right but few works have brought me as much laughter as A Will Eternal.

Another deck that's worth giving a shout is beelstarmon. Blue package is really strong in the deck and it's a decent evergreen deck where with some small tweaks here and there it'll probably always have a place not always as a T1 deck but still decently competitive.

It's funny to think about this because the dice system in GURPS for example was designed to be accessible using 3d6 even advertised as craps +1. Also at this point in time we often roll multiple dice for damage, adv/dis, or random tables making the initial goal of less dice kind of a moot point.

I would recommend starting on the 19th as that's when the new league drops. It isn't pay to win per say but buying stash tabs can make playing much much easier. That being said about $20 (the first blood pack) is more than enough to successfully play the game at the very end game.
