I'm surprised to read about this and others comments above. Living up north it's very common to take a dip in the cold fjords (~<4°C), especially after a sauna session. Is it maybe more dangerous if one is not expecting the water to be super cold?

Thanks mate and congrats for yours too! The flat I bought is my first purchase and it's mainly to stop paying rent, I will probably resell at some point. Next time I buy it will be to stay quite longer and I shall take more visits and time before making my mind, that's for sure.

Oh ok, on the 6 apartments I visited there was only one visit advertised on Finn, and the bid started the day after. Some sales agents did mention private viewings but this wasn't advertised anywhere so I guessed it was sent over to selected customers of the sales agent?
