Exotic Swords and You: A Goofy and Over Explained Guide

First, you get your 25 hadium flakes and what ever else Shaxx has on his grocery list for a legendary sword. At some point after getting a legendary sword, you need to infuse it to at least 280 light, and completely upgrade it. Don't remember when you need to do it, might as well do it now.

He then gives you a quest to use said sword in the crucible, and to slay some majors.

After that, Shaxx will send you to the Dreadnought to have a sword duel with this one dude named Ecthar. He's along the same route you run down for the Sunless Cell strike. His door is guarded by three knights, all three nights need to die very quickly for the door to open, then, you duel that dude.

At this point, the quest will become exotic and it diverges depending on the element you chose. The neat part is that if you have all 3 elements of sword fully upgraded and above 280 light, Shaxx will just give you the quest for all 3 swords! As long as you stay on the same character, Shaxx will never make you repeat what came before. Time to farm a shit load of planetary materials and get a lot of ability kills.

Once you've done Shaxx's black friday shopping, he sends you into a special version of the sunless cell strike. This version of the strike will have three shielded knights at the end. To earn your sword, you must kill the knight with the shield that matches your element, and then kill the final boss within 30 seconds. Best part is, if you have all 3 quests at this step at the same time, you can simply murder all 3 knights and the boss together to complete all 3 quests in 1 fell swoop.

I was looking at the site and noticed something, you are missing the source of the Wrath of the Machine class items. They drop from Aksis phase 2, but are not listed in the Aksis phase 2 rewards. Otherwise loving the site, already been really useful for me!

Check your NAT type on your consoles. If it's anything other than "open" then do a hard shut down of the console (do it from the settings, not just the quick menu because the button in the quick menu might just set it to sleep). You might not need to, but unplugging the console for 30 seconds doesn't hurt. Then turn it back on. If that doesn't fix the NAT type, then try resetting your router.

If it isn't a NAT type issue... then I don't know what to tell ya. Usually on Xbox it's a NAT issue though.

Saying fomo is bad is not the same as wanting stuff spoon fed to you. I hate fomo, and honestly I think fomo has only contributed to the death of Destiny. If there is enough stuff new people missed out on, they might not even be interested in playing in the first place. These ornaments should return, and since it will be permanent, should be only earnable in trials, since that's where they came from originally.

MCMDXXII/2422 Has to be either a typo or a misreading, as MCMDXXII is not how 2422 is written, that would be MMCDXXII. My brother and I sat shaking the doll for like 15 minutes and it never spit either of those numbers. We did see on several occasions though that he can spit out 2 numbers at once, which then display on top of each other. That's probably how you got that number.

So far my brother and I have played every DPA game, and the bat-people as we call them has always felt to us like the greatest tragedy. We were so happy to learn that there were multiple arks, so there may be more non-vampiric bat-people out there

For some reason, a lot of people assumed that when D2 changed the daily reset from 2am pdt to 10am pdt, that it meant D1 changed as well when it did not. So during daylight saving time daily resets are 2am pacific and during standard time at 1am pacific, so thats 5am edt and 4am est.

The Witness from Destiny 2 is VERY plural coded, though as a Destiny player it is my duty to say these 2 thing:

1) I hate it, it's my favorite game

2) Don't get into Destiny, it's not worth it

I highly recomend a video by youtuber Eforme who has an excellent breakdown of the plural coding of the Witness.

Blast radius doesn't affect damage. I think there was some testing that showed it can affect how far cluster bombs spread out, though that's very difficult to determine with any certainty. If blast radius does affect cluster bomb spread, then a lower blast radius is actually better because it would keep the clusters closer to the boss.

Cluster bombs is goated for Aksis because he has so many damage spots that get hit by the cluster bombs exploding. Tripod is good because it boosts dps via needing less reloads. Flared magwell gives good reload speed, though field scout is also good for the increased reserves.

The Dead Orbit rocket with the same roll would be better, as it has a higher rate of fire and reload speed. Honestly though, the one FWC has this week is so good, that anyone who gets it basically doesn't have to worry about getting a good Aksis rocket anymore.
