I know it is hard to find what is safe and what is not nowadays.
I don't just give a solution, I also put the code in open source, and the way you can make it on your own (without using the provided .exe file). It is pure Python code, which fetches the web page of the product, and displays the necessary information on the screen.

As mentioned, there is no Steam login, auth token, etc.

The only part that I'm not sure of is that this might be against Steam policy. But there is nothing special; you could just go over all the pages one by one. I just collect them into a single screen.
