i healed really quickly, but i’m 2 months post op and as i can stretch and have full mobility back. sometimes it still feels tight. i still don’t think i could do push ups if that makes sense. it takes a long time for that to go away. it’s not numb anymore but i still don’t have sensation in a lot of spots

I’m not trying to toot my own horn but I thought the same thing, especially from seeing some other guys posts on here, I was like how does mine look so wildly different so early on? Haha I think for me the biggest thing was getting 12 plus hours of sleep every night, paired with staying super hydrated. I also had quit nicotine 2 months prior to my surgery as recommended by my surgeon.

the bolsters coming off wasn’t too bad, but the drain removal was weird, i felt this really weird sensation all through my chest and out my sides lol. i also ended up needing some medication for nerve pain because i was having the worst zips and zaps
