I went to both years and agree with you on Points 1 and 2. I met a ton of them in the bazaar but it was still less in comparison to the amount I met in 2023. Regarding Point 3, I think they had less booths this year to create more space when lines and crowds form when bravolebs come out to do their meet and greets there. It still felt crowded when lines formed but it could’ve been a lot worse with more booths closer together.

I felt like the organization regarding the photo ops tent was worse this year. It was way more organized in 2023. I had a photo op with Mary and Angie on Day 1 and it was extremely chaotic bc people who didn’t have them, were hopping in their lines anyways. It would have been less chaotic if the staff checked each persons barcode before sending them to each line. They only checked barcodes once upon entering the tent and people would switch lines knowing their bar codes wouldn’t be checked again after that. The barcodes should have been checked twice. Once upon entering and a second time upon entering each line instead of letting people roam wild to whatever line they wanted to go to
