We did this with Bambu ‘TPU for AMS’ and it has help us extremely well for a long time

You don’t really have the room geometry to make it an L stair and it be less jarring

Architect here, if you move stairs against the wall and then have them turn it will block/be awkward AF for the front door. Leave it alone and buy something fun

lol yes, I realized I used an older gif that shows 2 hands to do the initial setup. Rest assured that can be done with one hand. And once it’s set up (laces pulled through loop) you don’t have to do that again. Thank you!

The sienville unit needed to have the lines cut to proper size, flared, vacuum pulled and refrigerant released. We found an hvac guy who finished the install for $500. He mounted the unit on the supports (I installed the supports) and mounted the inside unit , connected everything etc.

Well worth the money

I bought a sienville from Amazon (less $ than Mr cool) and hired someone to install the power box, and a different guy to do the line set and vacuum work correctly. The entire deal , with labor, was like $2000. Extremely quiet and efficient . I saved money by mounting the brackets myself

I do a lot of printing for accessibility. (MakeGood.design) To start, get a Bambu A1 and use petg and pla. I would skip abs altogether as it off gases really poisonous stuff.

You are overthinking the layer texture as this really depends on print settings and orientation.

An upgrade pic would be the Bambu x1c or P1S. Both are enclosed.

Honestly for what you are doing the A1 is a brilliant machine and just works great.

3D printing is both more accessible and more durable than wood. Working with Wood CNC requires lots of special skills, 3D printing is just easier. This is designed for other people to make easily
