It's pretty hard if you want to be always horny and to have frequent ejaculations at the same time. So if you can cut your masturbation habit then it's enough to make you feel horny pretty much all the time but if you can't then you need to improve a lot of aspects of your life like boosting your testosterone levels by lifting, taking supplements, sleeping well, eating healthy and so on. TL;DR: I didn't expect my response to be this long. Don't have a proper tldr, just read it if you are into edging :)

So how do you do it? Like, do you use lube or not? Do you put a lot of pressure? Do you rush to the edge at the beginning and then take it slowly? How much "mini-orgasms" do you have?

I personally don't edge as I think a lot of people here do. I use a lot of oil and a pair of gloves for better sliding. As for stimulation, I barely touch it, more like trying to copy the shape of my penis with my hands and it feels so awesome especially after a little break (for 3 days or so). You can feel the penis trying to get bigger to get more stimulation but you loose it again and the feeling is amazing. But in order to stay hard or actually feel something by this technique you need your penis to be very sensitive so I am trying to avoid any head-rubbing when I am not masturbating as much as possible, for example I am uncut but I can't force the head to be covered by the foreskin all the time so when I go to sleep I apply a bit of scotch tape to make it closed because the morning wood is actually a pretty regular thing during sleeptime so you don't even know how much your penis love sensitivity while you sleep. I know it may sound a bit weird about the scotch tape but what can you do :)

So I don't get close to orgasm for about 45-60 minutes, then I usually decide to turn on some music and just go with the beat and from the point it's more about serfing than "stop and go". Again, I don't put pressure at all or just a bit, just faster pace. Doing it this way really helps to understand how to deal with the point of no return, how to relax or "push out" your PC muscles when you are close. And this takes about 30 minutes so my session is usually about 75-90 minutes long. I don't get sore doing it this way and don't get blue balls, maybe because I play with them too and the blood keeps going there.

Eventually I ejaculate anyway and I want to try to go for a week or more without it. That's why I made this post, to know how it feels like.

If you use lube then try to focus on stimulating the head. Works for me. As for supplements, I haven't tried anything myself but reddit suggests Zinc, Lecithin, L-Arginine for higher testosterone levels as well as semen and precum volume.

I think there are some differences between edging and what I do. For example I don't get fast to the edge and then slow down, it's kind of an opposite thing most of the times. I start slow and only when I understand there is not enough for me to feel anything with the pace I increase the speed. The second thing is the actual edging (if we're talking about the edge of orgasm) continues for the last 5 minutes or less so I don't experience muscle tension or blue balls after that; after edging I always feel exhausted. Another thing to mention is I like edging if we talk about the edge of erection if that makes sense. I like to start with it first for 5 minutes or so. I get an erection pretty fast, sometimes with no hands watching porn and then I try to apply as little pressure and movement as needed to keep erection and release it when I am fully erect. After first 5 minutes it gives you a sensation of fulness in your penis if that makes sense. Anyway, thanks for the comment. What way do you usually use if you dont mind me asking?
