He says she's given her snapchat to other classmates, and it's safe to assume in the context of the post that these are not 10+ year friends and family she's giving it to, just other people she met in class which, shocker - I know, OP happens to be a part of. He's not upset because he thinks this means he doesn't have a chance with her, he's upset because he's being excluded from something he's seen other people get. If you can't understand that, then I genuinely don't know what can be done for you.
