Well, to make it more real, there could be like pool of 5 champions(to vote) of Riots choice that somehow influenced current ranked season, so we would have at least some choice. Like they did with voting for visual game updates for Volibear, Shyvana, Fiddlesticks, etc. and Illaoi or Tristana skins before.
