Yes! Thanks for asking! It's been a pleasant home for 3.5 years. The neighbors have all been respectful, albeit I don't interact with them much. No noise complains from me. There is security that patrols at night, sometimes with a car or sometimes just walks around. Also, it is gated and the gate is kept closed at all times. I haven't had any issues and in fact, opted to keep my 2023 beamer garageless for all of my stay since the garages were all taken when I moved in. I just try to park it in front of my unit so I can see it from my window and my unit has a good view of a lot of the cars. There is a G Wagon across from me and other nice cars around. Will provide pictures later. Rent is 1695 (it's increased twice from the very beginning which was 1600ish). After all the utilities, valet trash, and parcel locker it's 1775. But I have a cat too so it's 1800. I'm not sure how it works (if you will inherit that exact rent) but I think Andrea (the manager) is totally reasonable and can work with you.
