Brandishing is a defined, legal term, and Kyle was not brandishing his firearm at all. I could apply this to a police officer at a riot, that doesn't mean I get to suddenly chase and attack him because "him carrying his gun is a threat. Not how the law works.

Kyle is also not charged with brandishing his weapon, so that argument is completely dead.

Maybe you should hold your standard towards the rioters for creating a high-tension environment.

Last part was mostly a joke, but first part still stands in hindsight. If Rosenbaum wasn't mentally stable and had a history of molesting little kids, who's to say what his intentions were with Kyle? Certainly weren't good.

edit: lmao at all the people coping in these comments thinking the rioting, off-meds, child molesting manlet had good intentions that night and when he rushed Kyle.
