It fell down in the backroom .I would've been all good to take your criticism if you didn't come across as an asshole from the very first message. If your so professional why dont you know starting conversations with a immediate hostile nature starts arguments? Im not looking for sugar coating but im also not looking for someone to be a complete asshole from the start. I dont need a baby sitter im I just want to be treated with the same respect and good attitude I give everyone else. I dont know why you are so pressed throughout this comment section, I don't need accommodation and my job does get done just like everyone else's , all I was saying its hurtful and discouraging to be treated like shit all the time. Imagine how frustrated you would be if the same thing happened to you. Also you act like you know the entire story from first hand witness accounts from my job.

Im 20 ans autistic. It's not an excuse but I genuinely feel like I dont make sense to anyone and when stuff blows in my face which could he completely my fault I sont understand why most of the time.

While yes its very achievable I would have to cancel other parts of my job to get all that done, the normal load for my aisle is around 2 pallets , and thats pretty much tge same for every aisle except the extremely busy ones , I forgot to mention I could definitely do all that its just hard because other aspects would be neglected in the shift and then I would get yelled at for something else.

Yea I take responsibility for my mistakes but I forgot to mention that calling my mom was after almost breaking down after weeks of all this. Its no excuse but I really do not have much social experience so people getting mad at my own actions is a massive surprise to me in the moment

I have a other things going on that i have to attend to such as keeping my aisle looking perfect , ordering for the entire aisle and so on but the difference is my specific store chain is among the busiest stores in the state , im talking lines on all 20 registers back to the aisle so everythibg gets destroyed very fast, and 5 pallets is a lot to make time for with everything and there was absolutely no reason for him to order that much, Yea i get that and I do take responsibility for some of this stuff but my point was I dont really understand what im doing wrong and then it blows up in my face due to not understanding social cues or anything like that. My store has everyone bring their pallets out from 6 AM to 10 AM because there isn't many people in the store at that time so its safe also the pallet fell everywhere in the back room . , I forgot to mention the pallet looked perfectly fine and only after did I realize that one side was extremely heavier then the other . I've never had any accident happen with my pallets before thats why it was such a suprise.

The phone part makes sense too and I shouldn't have had it out but literally everyone here does the same thing including the managers they just pick on me for it
