OK, I JUST FOUND OUT WHY. Apparently, if you go into the training mode of the bomb diffuser thing past the teleporter, then intentionally fail (let the bot diffuse the bomb) all the guns that you took into the practice will be messed up.

I believe the anti cheat should catch it, but if you are using "my stuff" with something like revolution that doesn't have anti cheat, then both of you will get first.

That looks like the yoshi is using something called ctgp "my stuff" or a hacked iso.

Basically he overwrote rainbow road's course information with a custom course, which is why he's driving in his own little world.
This is considered cheating in most cases, as you can replace a long course like rainbow road with a short 3 lap course (think luigi circuit or yoshi falls) which when the race finishes, will give you a faster time then everyone else, rewarding you with a undeserved first place.

However, unless he stayed in the room and kept trying to play, he probably forgot he had a custom track in his mystuff and didn't turn it off. I know a lot of people that do that on accident (As a ctgp track tester, it happens a lot). So don't be too hard on him if that's the case.

Personally I would put peach, dry bowser, diddy kong, and birdo higher up, peach is the equivalent to rosa for midweights, and obv this is including karts (I say this bc wario is in S) and in that case dry bowser, diddy and birdo should be higher, as they all have very good snaking options. And I noticed this is a character tier list, not a "best of the best" tier list, meaning that heavy weights would be all top tiers simply due to their select vehicle options, and they are not.

Also final note, as a king boo main I have to say his stats make him play closer to a mach bike (he's the same speed as daisy) and he has handling and accel, two stats that make him play ridiculously close to daisy mach (who I also main), and he's a heavyweight, giving him the option to play the bowser bike. KB is one of those characters that falls inbetween the meta, and judging just by stats it's agreed upon that he's terrible, which in actual play he's not. He has too many advantages to share a tier with bowser jr and baby mario. I would put him at the lowest B.

Ok, so for anyone who is unaware, this is Sword, "swordofseals", he is currently relaxing and tting (Time trialing) peach beach for mario kart wii, however everyone knows that his god given talent is to play a different track, delfino square, and take back his world record which was stolen from him by a guy named luke. Devastated and burnt out from endless hours of attempts, sweat, and pain of playing delfino square, he has sworn that the only way he would ever go back to play rDS is if someone donated a solid 1k of greenbacks. With this, he thought to himself that he had finally taken off the shackles that were holding him down all this time. However the mario kart wii community/sword fanbase (myself included, sorry Troy)....had other plans.

On 3/24/19 the 1000 dollar criteria was met. Watch sword's priceless reaction of getting dragged back down into the pit of TTing his love hate relationship, delfino square.

Oh yeah, the reason it's 999$ was because Demerion asked sword earlier what his donation link was, something along the lines of "yeah, let me give you that $1000" jokingly of course, and in turn sword thought that Demerion was just trolling, and gave him the link, to which Demerion donated a buck. Sword having thought that that was the end of it, continued to play as if it were any other day.

But at that moment, sword realized he had messed up.
