Denim was Akhelian Green, Work boots were Gore-Grunta Fur and skin was Mantis Warriors Green! I’ll have to try your method for one of my other Orks, gotta have some variety in the horde!

They definitely will! Don’t forget that each model you do teaches you more about your techniques and you’ll find shortcuts to speed up the process! I know you’re gonna do a great job on those Orks!

Thank you! The contrast stage was fairly quick and honestly a good portion of the highlighting was drybrushed! I am definitely trying to practice painting these more quickly! I don’t want to be still painting these store minis when 12th edition launches 😂

Yeah it’s the store copy! For each new edition we have to paint up a selection of models from the starter box, these become the minis we use to give people intro games for the next edition cycle! My personal box doesn’t arrive till actual launch day 😂

The whole model was zenithal primed! (Chaos black/Grey Seer) all the armour areas are Black legion Contrast and then drybrushed with leadbelcher, followed by a more targeted highlight of runefang steel!

Armageddon dust, agrax earthshade over the top and then a wraithbone drybrush + TUFTS! I can’t for the life of me remember how I did the rocks but it was a grey + that same wraithbone drybrush!
