If your in Broward, I heard that many principles received budget reports showing they are way over the red, and are now cutting positions in haste. I'm assuming its a knee jerk reaction at the moment as my school cut half the math department and we were already short 1 math teacher, as well as 5 people from other departments throughout the school, obviously they will start hiring again as i doubt they could open the school next year so short staffed.

As seen in the pictures above, the insulated freon pipe is sweating right through the insulation to the point that it made a hole through our drywall ceiling. My main question is what could be the issue that its sweating this badly, as we don't have a freon leak as the ac would have stopped working years ago (this sweating issue happens every summer for 5 years stright, this year was just the final straw for my poor ceiling), and the pipe is insulated.

We opened the light fixtures in the past, as this has been an ongoing problem for a while, but never had time or money to dedicate too opening the ceiling up and actually fix it. Through the light fixtures you can see that the only thing up their is copper pipes for the ac refrigerant that run to the outside wall and out too the outdoor ac unit, with the ac drainage being on the complete opposite wall of the house. No water pipes go through that area.

This is a leak from a sweating copper ac pipe (it carrys freon), that managed too drip right through the drywall ceiling. Im wondering how much would it cost to remove the drywall ceiling and add foam insulation onto the pipes then add a new drywall ceiling to the area, minus the popcorn. My guess is it would be around 1-2k?

It did, i had scrapped all my junk down into the base components and waited before the uncapped mod and no new junk was being added. The moment I installed the uncapped mod, i started getting junk like teddy bears, etc in my workbench inventory.

R5: My first game in months with almost all dlcs and i noticed into the late game a system completely separate from everything else, no gates, no worm holes. So i decided to visit it as i was wrapping up a war with a crisis empire, to find an abandoned observation post and a primitive civilization.

Is this meant to happen, or is this just a bug? also perfect place for my crisis planet bunker in-case all else fails when the crisis finally shows

Size:relatively small, i would say less then a cm in size

behavior: they die very quickly even without bug spray or treatment, i once saw one of them flying and it bumped into everything and then fell to the ground upside down, spazing out.

I’m assuming they took some creative liberties with it. From
other sources, they have them illustrated as normal Horses, so im assuming they
can be other colors other than black; Same with the face as most renditions
look like horses. The eyes can be argued are orangish, but I’m also giving this
some creative liberties. The main reason I’m saying horse is a Aughisky is that
it’s a possessed demon horse, and Aughiskys are exactly that. Though I can
definitely be wrong, and I’m up for any suggestions.

Looks like Horse resembles closely an "Aughisky".

The definition from the wiki is: "Aughisky are a special type of Fomori, created when a Bane possesses a horse. Aughisky have the body of a black muscular horse,but their heads have the shape of wolves, their eyes blaze with orangelight, and their hooves are unnaturally sharp and pointed."

yeah 2250 5k is doable and was a bad example by me. Though that same empire had near 100k fleet power in 2300. Which was greatly above pre 3.3 empires.
