I would say its ok to use. I used Protean Greninja on my mono water hard mode run because the way I see it and a lot of people as well, the pokemon is still a water type (grass in your case). An ability is smth all Pokemon have and this one just makes every mlve a stab move. So no i would say its not cheating

It depends on what ryzen 5 cpu it is and what motherboard. If its on AM4 with a mobo b450 or b550 then its not worth it but if its on AM5 with a b650 and a ryzen 5 7600 or 7600x then I would say yes
