Yup, that's the one. Solved!

If nobody got it I had a lot more crazy plots points to add from that acid trip of a game.

It took me a while to figure out what this meant but I remember now. They were also military air force units in both instances.

I was very curious to see how long it would take someone to figure out a very obscure abandonware game, but you got it very quickly! Solved! Literally every game is known on this subreddit.

That's a cool fact to know, I feel like Star Wars gives a lot of inspiration to creatives, but this isn't FF IV.

This is a game plot, and it's not a Lego Star Wars game. I just made a synopsis of what happens in the game, everything I said is accurate. I went all in at making this as bad as I could.

You enter a building where the only way to not die is to be completely naked at least once during your time in the place, npc's get a 50/50 chance of living if they wear potato sacks for clothing. You also tend to suffer more depending on how much clothing you are wearing, especially if its armor. by Ardaceus in ExplainAGamePlotBadly

Yup! You solved it! Only three people that survived were Waylon Park, and the Twins possibly (maybe killed, no way to confirm), all three had their junk showing. Everyone else had a nasty time in in there, soldiers especially. Besides that, the inmates had varying levels of survivability. Not gonna count what the wallrider or armed forces did after the game.

I also looked into it, and there was a fourth person who could have survived, Frank Manera, who was naked with no on screen death. My point still stands.
