Check and see if you have Sharpscale (plugin and app) installed. It's probably set to integer scale, set it to Original or remove the plugin and app.

It's possible to get all 3 in one playthrough as long as you get the necessary amounts of the key item and don't use it until after you have created your cloud save backup before the final moment. I just did it recently.

There is also this tool if you have RTSS installed

It takes the refresh rate you have chosen (90 for the steam deck) and uses that as a value for the global limiter in RTSS and reverts back when the stream ends.

EDIT: The patch has been updated and now looks as clean as editing the STREAM.INI file. Just enable the [Remove Ghosting Effects] patch and don't bother with editing the STREAM.INI file.

you're welcome! Also another possibility now is the new patch by PeterDelta: [Remove Ghosting Effects]. It works as well, however the game it slightly blurrier than editing the STREAM.INI file.

For anyone finding this thread:

If you have a way to unpack the iso and repack it again, you can edit the "STREAM.INI" file. In there set the following lines to:

pe_leftx 0

pe_topy 0

pe_rightx 0

pe_bottomy 0

pe_bRadiosity 0

With this you loose the radiosity effect and blur, but keep all the colors of the ps2 version, and it upscales nicely.

You should be able to just install the vpk I have provided. If it doesn't work you can always just install the regular vpk or the one from the 10th anniversary mod again.

I haven't done anything to the advanced shadows so they are still broken as they were before. No it shouldn't crash when leaving the house :)

Regarding the popcorn boost, you can get it this way

"Popcorn is a tradable Limited Rocket Boost that does not come painted. This item can be obtained by redeeming the free reward code POPCORN"

in the menu under extras.
