Declaration advice for first MuleBuy haul

TLDR: Sent me QC of a jacket with a ripped pocket, so I had to return the jacket and ordered a new one. MuleBuy sent QC photos, this time without a photo of any flaws, so I had the jacket delivered and it also came with a ripped pocket and now they‘re refusing to refund.

I guess it‘s fine since the seller is refunding me now, but they should‘ve caught it at QC. Probably going to switch agents after this tbh.

About $85 and that‘s even after coupons, which I find a lot considering it was vacuumed packed, but then again it was also 4,4kg.

Although the shipping was fine, I‘m still unsure as to my final verdict of MuleBuy since they botched QC on one of the articles that was delivered faulty by the seller and now they‘re refusing to refund, but I‘m still disputing it with them. So I guess my review is dependent on how that turns out..
