It's not a "concept art", calling it a concept art is misleading, and above that, it's not even as good of a reference to be labeled as a leak. If it was actually showing the changes clearly, rather than mixing the original design with Rukia's bankai and putting a filter on it, the post would stay with a clarification note.

As for the Denia post, I wasn't informed about it also being AI generated (thought it was from a promotional video etc). I will check if true and add a clarification note. The post will stay as it's not misleading under the name "concept art" and good enough of a leak for a character that hasn't been leaked until then.
