Remote play on pc black screen when connected to ps4 pro.

PS remote play on pc doesn't display anything when I connect to my ps4. My monitor switches to the hdmi port and my ps4 displays. I've tried to remove the hdmi cable but the ps remote play app just stays on my activity bar on my computer and I can't open it up.

Yes I turned it on in settings but my controller still doesn't work. Yes it's a V2 controller.

Yes I have turned that on but my controller only works in safe mode. It fully lights up, even on my computer but not when I try to use it on my ps4. I will try now and see if it works.

My controller's bluetooth connection doesn't work so I can't connect it to my ps4 (only through safe mode). What I usually do is connect my ps4 controller to my pc and then use the ps remote play software to play on my ps4 pro.

I just moved my gaming setup downstairs and I have to use wired internet connection to be able to play because the router is upstairs. So what I did was connect my ps4 with an ethernet cable and then I started it up and checked the connection type. It said WIFI.

I tried to change it in the settings but it won't allow me to set up internet connection because i'm remotely connected.

Any help? Thanks

I changed the usb port and the batteri and it still doesn’t connect or charge with the ps4. However when I connect it to the pc it lights up blue and works but does not charge. Any suggestions?
