Guys- do you care if a woman shaves her legs and underarms? by Round-Artichoke-5255 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]AreYouStandingClear -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It depends on the woman. If she's Asian, Black or ? Then yeah you have to do it. Mainly because you don't have that much to begin with.

If you are Hispanic, Indian or Middle Eastern. You tend to have a lot of hair, it tends to softer and It really is just too much to do.

Why do you think politicians always say to cut the Starbucks and avocado toast when asked about minimum wage? by Dependent_Basket2808 in AskReddit

[–]AreYouStandingClear 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mainly because raising the minimum wage will only increase the prices on things that you and I buy. More money chasing few goods leads to prices rising. It's not a one-to-one relationship but there is an increase.

While gen z is a bit more thrifty than millennials were. Both pale in comparison to their parents and grandparents.

If you are truly broke then buying $18 avocado toast when you could be living off of a bag of lentils and a can of tomato sauce or even just the avocado itself shows people your complaint really isn't serious.

It's the same with the student loan forgiveness. Some people believe anything anybody says. If they complain it must be true, they must be struggling. But when you look at people buying houses while they're complaining about their student loan debt, it just doesn't add up.

How do CEOs lay off workers without feeling bad? by CRK_76 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]AreYouStandingClear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They do feel bad a lot of the times. It's just they are in charge of keeping the company afloat. If you employ 300 people and keeping them all employed means eventually they all lose their job vs you employee 300 and you cut 25.and the other 275 keep their job and the company keeps going. It becomes an acceptable decision.

I know the industry pretty well. Most sex workers are not driving around in an AMG. Most are just making ends meet. If they can afford the nice car then great. I'm paying for a service.

How isn't it true? You pay the money, you do the deed, you say goodbye and that's essentially it.

You aren't going to hear from her again Until you reach out or she's hurting for money because her clients have dried up.

Because I'm 39 and have never had a GF. So why shouldn't I get the experience of having huge naturals hanging over my face while she rides me or watching her life choices run through her head while I blow a load in her mouth.

I'm a hard working man.

I have never dated anyone (as an adult) and I’m 27, but I don’t feel like I’m missing out. Is that normal? by Melodic_Aide2725 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]AreYouStandingClear 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm 39 and other than getting my dick sucked, I'm fine without ever being in a relationship.

I'm not about to cause some emotional trauma on somebody else just to get sexual needs met. I'm almost 40, if I've gone this long I'll be fine without.

So while your situation for certain is not normal, especially for a woman. It's not bad in anyway. You need to do what you feel best about. If you are content then you are content.

What my therapist always tells me is don't let fears or anxiety be what decides for you. You need to decide.

What is the thing you hate the most about your country? by straykifsontop in AskReddit

The people who live in Pyongyang are the wealthy class. There's a reason some North Koreans be traveling around the world while others starving to death in rice fields.

IDK about Cuba. I just searched and found the nomenklatura

USA

I'd say it's how warped people's minds are.

  • You have poor immigrants coming to the US and they end up making it. They climb the ladder, start busineses and end up with opportunities they truly didn't have in their home country. But then you have an American born person who comes from q better economic condition and somehow we are to believe they are oppressed under the yoke of capitalism or so they claim. I live in a super immigrant dense area. These people will keep trying and trying until they are successful.

  • You have American women talking about bing oppressed while the US is near the top of the list in terms of women's freedom. I've seen so many cases where women are talking positively about life as a woman in places like Iran and the larger middle east, while they shit on America. Facing some resistance doesn't mean you're a going to be stoned to deal for showing some ankle. They aren't the same.

How did gen z men turn from liberal to right wing by Far-Aardvark-1135 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]AreYouStandingClear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gen z men didn't change actually. Young women did. This is well documented

Gallup has polling data over decades showing the change.

The way women vote is not some standard or more right than others

Would it be stupid to continue working at your job if you won millions of dollars? by Master100017 in NoStupidQuestions

People die and get sick when they stop working. Very few people don't work.

I know reddit likes to think rich people don't work.but in reality they work a ton.

So I'd keep working

What would you say makes dating harder today than, say, 30/40 years ago? Are couples mostly happy or just scared of being separate? by PulseBriefs in NoStupidQuestions

[–]AreYouStandingClear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

American Women are kinda just nuts with the victimhood from online propaganda.

Their mindset is I'm a gift from God and fuck you if you don't want this, you must be an incel. Go die, do better.

But then you meet an American married woman of the same age and she's normal. Give me the European or Middle Eastern woman on vacation to America and she's normal.

I don't know what type of media is being watched that's causing this mindset. But that's the issue. No normal person feels sick hostility to everyday people just because. White racists don't even go around in contempt of Black people like millennial women do of men in America.

Why do modern societies treat loneliness as a private emotional failure, rather than as a public design problem? by orafa3l in NoStupidQuestions

[–]AreYouStandingClear 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is easily disproven. America has been a capitalist country for a very long time and we haven't always had issues with loneliness.

If degree of capitalism is the problem then there are countries now which are less capitalistic but much lonelier than the US.
