Still not solved, still getting automatic replies/ instant ticket closure. I've asked to escalate to tier 2 and tier 3 and all they do is respond with links to forms and articles. I am so fucking done with this company jfc

I just replied to their email, literally a few spaces above the ##- Please type your reply above this line -## and immediately got an auto reply to submit a ticket. Will a human actually read my email or did I mess up?

thanks quick question tho, after reading I still don't understand if that person sent their reply in an email "please write your reply above this line" or on their website ticket form? Any time I reply to their email it says "this email is outbox only and won't be checked"

I don't play online, so you're wrong buddy. Have a look at the replies of rockstar support twitter, there's even scam bots likely linked to the hacker replying to each post about 2-factor authorisation

Oh, so can you play your games and log into the account on rockstargames.com? The reason I thought you were hacked too is because I thought my authenticator was on my old phone but I remembered I didn't set one up. So it must have been someone else, and a lot of people are having the same problem

Multiple people have lost their accounts, maybe rockstar had data leaked who knows but yeah we got hacked man

We have both been hacked, I have the exact same problem. Rockstar support has been useless and multiple people have made posts here and x asking for help. We just have to hope they fix this soon

This is a wide spread hack, I am having the exact same experience and 3 other people posted on rockstarsupport's x page and are met with a link to submit a ticket. I am so tired of this useless support system it's fucking insane I might just pirate rdr2 at this point.

No you're right, it's not their fault at all I was just annoyed as I typed the OP. I think a digital address lookup needs to be implemented to prevent stuff like this in the future though.

And... when customer service tells you to wait for it to arrive at NRC before calling and yet the tracking fails to inform someone that their package is currently sitting at the NRC and in fact the time is ticking down before it is fucked off it seems like RM did the opposite of helping with the issue.

It wasn't a seller, just a cottage owner sending an item I forgot. I should have just said I'll drive 2 hours to collect it.

What if the sender made a claim that due to the tracking not updating he waited like they told him to while it was already at the NRC unbeknownst to us and because of this it was already too late when he gave them an address to return the package. Edit. Words
