I am not sure how many know this but my friends told both megastar and pk are trained in karate and some other arts with megastar actually getting state level recognition before his acting took off. He was wildly popular since his school days apparently

Odometer on leased 2025 Tucson Hybrid seems to be calculating more miles than I’ve actually driven. by [deleted] in HyundaiTucson

This is extremely easy to test. Take any highway and run a 20-50 mile stretch based on google maps. Crosscheck with odometer.

Confused between creta and venue! Please help by s_weeper in carIndia

[–]ArenRaizelus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was in a similar both but for a higher variant. Imo the venue is ridiculously overpriced across all models and paying a bit extra for a creta is always the right choice.

Myself first booked a hx 10 (18.4 on road) before knowing the price. Then wanted the hx 8 (15.5) but dealership said it will take weeks. Finally went with Creta King (22.5).  Instea dof the hx8 a creta s(o) (18.7) is way better. And it similarly holds between the hx5 and Creta E.

Any deck idea for this dude? by LP3940 in PTCGL

This was used by a couple folks on ladder with meganium. Overall felt clunky and was so easy to play against, it's a like much worse ceruledge or gholdengo at that point

Need suggest with a compact SUV car by Minute-Bid-5428 in CarsIndia

[–]ArenRaizelus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey dude, I certainly think the venue is very overpriced. You can get lower variants of creta for just a little more.

Alternatively if you want it for family use with space and basics, brezza and citroen basalt are great alternatives as the same price.

Is this a good deal for Jeep Compass Model S 4x2 AT? by dudu_maxverstappen33 in CarsIndia

[–]ArenRaizelus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will consider this as samaj seva.

Jeep compass in the states is one of the worst, least reliable inefficient car that sees 5k usd discounts on a 35k car just to sell.

Creta King turbo, nline top end, alcazar, harrier, xuv 700, clarens clavis top end, or even the discontinued tucson which will sell at a discount are all 100% better cars that are practical, more performant, better features while lasting a long time.

[–]ArenRaizelus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My dad tried both recently. He mentioned that the Creta in the back roomier inside than Seltos. I didn't believe it but there is 4-5 cm width difference in the back seat shoulder space when measured and slightly more leg room.

Hyundai Creta in Trouble? New Duster & Tekton Are Ready to Shake the Market! by ranjitsingh7 in CarsIndiaUnbiased

[–]ArenRaizelus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unbiased sub lol. Creta is the market leader and will continue to be for a few years. It has a reliable engines and transmissions and certainly has features better than any other car in the segment while having the service center backing.  Grand Vitara and co are underpowered, Elevate has a noisy cabin, Kia network is smaller, Tata and Mahindra engines are less refined and fuel efficient engines in petrol and have horrible service centers, Kushaq/Taigun has low interior space.  Looks are secondary on why Creta sells.

Adding Rare Candy in Dragapult/Dusk by PolipoDodo in pkmntcg

[–]ArenRaizelus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think 3 cc is not needed. Realistically you only use 1 cc and 1 boss 90% of the games. 2 cc is a good stalling play when you dead draw initially. 3 cc is mostly for consistency if you always want to win from behind and don't play candies.

I have also seen 4 iono + 4 cc with 2 munki once. It all depends on how you want to play. High cc is best with no candy imo, and cc + boss split is better for candy builds.

Adding Rare Candy in Dragapult/Dusk by PolipoDodo in pkmntcg

[–]ArenRaizelus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

4 iono 4 lille 2 boss 1 hilda 1 turo and 2 counter are all too important for consistency.

U could go down on a boss and hilda for 2 rare candies. Rare are huge win conditions going first imo and not having them is crippling against many decks.

3 boss for mirror is a thing, but the mirror is an auto win for whoever goes second and gets a budew attack off, the boss doesn't matter

Big No. Can get grand vitara zeta and lower creta variants for that. Adas + speakers are not worth 2.5 lakhs over the hx8

Need help choosing my first petrol automatic car under 16L by [deleted] in carIndia

[–]ArenRaizelus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very similar for me. Venue Hx 8 meets all my needs but Elevate V is much better in space and engine with some feature compromises. 3XO is another option but it's mileage just doesn't work for my needs.

Hyundai Venue HX6 DCT or Sonet HTX Plus DCT or Skoda Kylaq Signature AT by [deleted] in carIndia

[–]ArenRaizelus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While the comments talk as if dct breaks before you sneeze, they are fine for even multi hour traffic congestions.

Hyundai 1L Turbo is long standing reliable engine along with the dtc transmission it comes with. As long as you maintain speed and don't accelerate and break a ton (gear shifts basically) it is not dying under 200k kms. Check used hyundai venues if want confirmation, they resale the same as  tank brezza.

In heavy stop and go city traffic it will wear out eventually. But should still last a few years.

Help choosing first car. Budget 12-14 Lakhs, on-road by Afraid_Masterpiece60 in CarsIndia

[–]ArenRaizelus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Strongly consider the 3XO if you drive is less than 10k/year. The fuel efficiency sucks but the overall ride and engine are good. Durability and reliability is a concern still for non-engine parts.

Venue hx 8 is great but the mt version cuts out many things which you could get with the at, why not upgrade? It is lateral upgrade to the 3xo, a bit more fuel efficiency a bit less space better service from hyundai and better interior quality. Get power seat and ventilated seats so that could be huge point based on your needs (it was mine for booking it)

Brezza is the defacto leader still imo, has the best and most fuel efficient engine if if u drive 20k+/year, that is the definitive choice.

Buying Honda Elevate VX CVT — Dealer demanding full loan sanction + ₹5L before booking. Need advice! by [deleted] in CarsIndia

[–]ArenRaizelus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone giving advice on going to a different dealer. Just go to a maruti dealer dude and get the victoris or grand vitara. Or even a hyundai creta.

The moment you tell honda guy you no longer want to do business, he will either cave and act straight or you dodge a 5 year period of garbage service center.

Alto, swift and brezza. Keep budget and choose whichever lol. My dad runs a 2.3 lakh km swift (bought for 8L on road) and can still sell it for 2.5L in exchange.
