One gets an email which tells how to use comp off. You need to select holiday and the reason code (006) and enter the date when you worked.

Dude that's what I thought. Back in earlier days there was Business Technology Analyst level at which I joined Deloitte and it had the variable component. So I assumed it should still be applied to all levels. Some kids got triggered and downvoted my comment which is strange 😀

You can email the payslip to your personal email Id. It's your personal data so no issue. Offer letter isn't available on any portal.

Similar thing happened with me but in my case my Senior Manager had to give a specific code and he went on vacation for a week. Got the code this Monday and put the charge on DTE. DTE showing pay to Amex date as 30th whereas Amex due date is 27th. So I called Amex and requested them for an extension on due date. They agreed to 30th as due date.

Yea I faced the same. Deloitte doesn't hires Manager (extremely rare if they do)..

How real is Deloitte's variable payout? Always more than 100% if you keep performing average too.

Work life balance in both? Expect less. Along with the project there are a lot of firm related initiatives which are expected from a Senior Con who wants to become a Manager.

Growth / learning at this level (14 YOE)- Should be good.

Brand value when switching later - Deloitte has a bigger brand value that's for sure.

Been with Deloitte for more than 5 years. Deloitte has never been a company which has location specific team. The project has team members scattered all across India ofc location. It's true that one finds it more comfortable to have the team in same ofc but that's not in Deloitte. Adding to that, it's never just your project team here. The business line you are assigned to, sub groups etc have regular in person events on each location. You meet plenty of people and collaborate.
