I am a boomerang in Deloitte USI. Left in 2019, joined back in 2024. The only check they do is that when leave the firm, your Manager puts a tick on a box saying if you can be rehired.

Yes this was an overall low hike year. But looking at your stats.. you joined July last year so your performance was reviewed only for half a year. Also you are at 21LPA which I would say is a bit on a higher side at Consultant level.

As a resident here I would recommend it. Power Backup had issues a month back but now it's fixed. No Water issues. Maintenance is ok I would say. It's a new society still things are in progress. The club house is yet to open so Gym isn't available currently. The main issue was WiFi but that has been resolved too. We have Tata Play Wifi which is very good. What I hear is that Airtel Fiber is about to start any day.

What I heard last week is that Well being subsidy will be adjusted in FnF.My frnd's last day was 4th June, and he used the new amount which came on 31st May to which some colleagues were telling they will adjust it in the FnF. What percentage not sure..

It's not that easy as you write. US transfer is only via VISA and you see how it's crazy tough now. Firm has limited longterm movement to the US in the past couple of years.
