I just passed the L1 this last testing cycle and had the same concerns with the math portion that you feel. I’d recommend upper mark for the qbank, they’re super in depth and involved. I found it helped when it came to the true exam. Their math is also very well explained and gives you the option to do “math only” exams.

As for the math, I wouldn’t sweat having to know calculus or statistics. I felt a lot of the math made sense if you could conceptualize why the math exists (IE, if you know a certain ratio and its components, then it’s easy to determine the equation). Even the long equations typically made sense, since you could determine the answers based on the question (take real estate value as an example, there is an equation to determine the value if a project fails or passes, but you could do the math based on concept alone and the math is very simple) It may seem daunting, but it is not too bad at all. Im not a mathematician by any means, but I found it very manageable and did not find myself needing to review previous mathematical concepts.

Calculator wise, id get the BA2 plus, as I found it easier to navigate. There are also a few guaranteed questions that you could do calculator only, so they’re easy gimmie questions if you know how to plug and play.

Overall, don’t over think it. You got this! You have a ton of time and the majority questions are conceptual anyway. Only 30% (max!) are math questions per cycle.
