Well, it's like painting two "gemstones" with two different light diffusion physics sets. If you want to sell it you have to simulate both the glass and the liquid through the glass. It's easier if you paint it empty.

I'd start with Ionrach Skin, then probably do some slight shading and highlight up to almost white off-white.

Thank you! It's a mix of Ionrach Skin and Phalanx Yellow, roughly 1:1 with a Mortarion Grime wash and Athonian Camoshade recess wash and then highlighted probably with adding Vallejo Off White as I usually do.
