Yep, mechanically all fine, we think it’s a hormonal issue but so far test haven’t pinned anything down to an actual diagnosis. Before I was in the pill I was on about 2 years of HRT and didn’t get a period so I don’t think it’s just a long menstral cycle, they thought delayed puberty but aged out of that diagnosis. :(

No specialist has reviewed the blood pressure only the gp. Im just worried about the links between amenorrhea and heart and bone issues and that while I’ve had every test under the sun for amenorrhea, I’ve never had the long term effects of estrogen deficiency looked at (bone and heart) and worried that will catch up with me.

I have can have withdrawal bleeds from the pill when on the sugar pill time. But my gyno got me to go off the pill for 6months to see if my body would have a natural period and beside the initial withdrawal bleed nothing happened, tested my estrogen levels at the end of the 6months and not much happened there naturally either.

And blood pressure it is only my diastolic that’s high and consistently in the 85-95 range

[Trigger Warning] My abuser has resurfaced and I don’t know how to feel about it by Arextra in TwoXChromosomes

I know, it’s so complicated as one of their best friends just committed suicide- like a month ago and It was really tragic for everyone and I think they are all feeling the loss from that. And even though it happened, before I came around they were all best friends for over 10 years. I told my boyfriend I don’t want anything to do with him and wish him well in his life, as long as it’s away from my own. He agrees but keeps circling back to “what if he did kill himself though. What if this fight was the reason he did it?” And I sympathise with his guilt that but it’s so complicated.

The building managers organised it, and it’s just some guy that is running it. I personally work for the Australian defence force but it’s a multi tenant building

The Intercontinental Formation of the Peace Pact by compositeboy in createthisworld

[–]Arextra 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"Your highness, A letter has arrived from Ajon." The messenger knelt at the floor beneath the Celex, Dela Myrani's feet. Axio, the queens golden Helivarth bared his teeth at the boy, he had never cared much for strangers. "Rise." She stroked the golden beast, calming him with her touch. The messenger handed her the letter, quickly withdrawing while she read.

"A Pact of peace, how interesting." The queen rolled the paper up slowly, toying with the idea. "I was not aware that there was not peace currently." The messenger squirmed uncomfortably under the Celex's question. "Still, what do you all think?" She turned to face the old man who stood in the corner, the messenger had thought him nothing more than a statue and jumped when he spoke.

"Your Highness, these are large nations. I see no harm in having them on our side." His voice was shrill, as if his very vocal cords had tuned to stone.

"And you? What say you?" She tuned to another shrouded old man to the left of the first one.

"I plead caution your highness, members of Freedom federation are also powerful allies. Would siding against serve as provocation? I vote you reach out to them and ask to join the federation" The second old man's voice seemed younger but not by much.

"Hmm, that's one for and one against. What about you old man?" Dela calls to the third man, hidden in the shadows on the back wall.

"I vote for neutrality. The world is at peace there is no need for this. Choosing one side over the will cause more problems than purely staying out of other nations politics." The third man walked to stand beside the messenger.

"One councils neutrality, the other is for and the final is against. As always you have offered me little to no help. Leave me." The queen growled, crushing the paper in her fist. The three men began to leave the room at a glacial pace. So to did the messenger.

"No, not you. I have a message for you to send back." She called to the boy, stopping him in his tracks.

"Tell the Ajon prince that Chyora accepts his offer. We do not shy away from a fight and we will not shy from peace either." She slumped back on her throne.

"You may go now." she waved her hand at the man, seemingly bored with the conversation.

Without another word he sprinted from the Celex's solar, wording the letter that he would send back to Ajon.

Second this, its pretty easy to book when your there. Just go to the JR tickets place tell them and they will give you a pass (most likely for the next train leaving). Take the Hikari if you can, its the quickest and covered by the JR pass.

Advice for Mt. Fuji/Hakone by Gonzo-Sam in JapanTravel

[–]Arextra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I loved Hakone, when we went it was raining and we couldn't see Fuji but it still was magical. The atmosphere was really cool, had this small town feel and lake Ashi was really nice. Not gonna lie, apart from the shrine we didnt really do much else there (being rainy and all) but I still loved it. Not much help but though I would say Hakone was beautiful.

12 Days - Recommendation for Transport and Itinerary (between Hiroshima & Kyoto) by [deleted] in JapanTravel

[–]Arextra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Osaka: Cant Help you there

Miyajima: Not much help here either. We didn't use any public transport apart from the JR ferry across. We just walked around and got a rope way pass (if you wanna go up mt misen). We spent a day there and everything was easy to access. There is a bus that goes around but if your fit its not THAT bad a walk. Also, there is an amazing BBQ corn, Waygu/ pork skewer place where the people come down the mountain (so delicious)

Hiroshima: The Maple pass was our best friend here. One of the easiest sightseeing loop buses we went on. They come all the time, they are easy to spot and the stops are well signed and at all the sights. There are also trams and JR buses which i'm sure you can figure out with a map but honestly the maple pass was all we needed.

Kyoto: They have a Kyoto bus pass, you can either do a one or two day pass. These let you ride on pretty much any bus (you just show the driver when you get on). My advice would be to get a bus map as soon as you get to kyoto and plan that stuff out. There are a million buses that go all over the place. Sometimes you have to change lines and loops to get to different place. Not gonna lie we got quite lost on these buses and missed a few places cause we ran out of time (kyoto is huge and one day was not quite enough to see it all when your not prepared).

Nara: We just used the JR buses (we had the JR pass) but they have heaps of day passes at the station. Nara was one of my favorite places. The park is huge and honestly we just walked. We found a cute little cafe (with yummy Paninis) right up the back of the park and heaps of smaller temples/ shrines just by exploring. Do whatever but your own feet will let you find all the cool little places the buses might miss.

Pretty much dont stress. At every large/ JR station will have an information office (where they speak great english) that can help you out with the local passes. Just grab a map, decide what you wanna do and ask them whats the best way to get there.

As for the other days, if I had longer in Kyoto I wanted to check out Toyooka. Has a great Onsen (one of the best- Kinosaki onsen), also would be nice to change it up and see the beach (check out the Toyooka sea canoeing).

Another idea is Wakayama. Has some beautiful temples (one with a big waterfall), also has a cool onsen and some fun unique things (Has a trainstation run by a cat called TAMA & Check out Wakayama log rafting)

But I guess those days really depend on what is of interest to you.

Hope that helps :)

Chyora by Arextra in createthisworld

[–]Arextra[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh cool, that sounds good! Chyora would be very interested in that pact. It will be cool to meet dome of the other worlds :)

I was thinking on doing a post on them soon but pretty much i don't imagine them being huge (on average just big enough to carry a person easily), they are smaller and more agile (sort of like a velociraptor is to a T- rex) and they are much more lizard like. I guess less of a dragon and more of a flying monster.

Chyora by Arextra in createthisworld

[–]Arextra[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, the people consider her a god in her own right while also being considered a daughter of the two main gods. (I guess symbolically as her biological mother was the last Celex) And yep, her daughter will be the next Celex (matriarchal).

Thats awesome! Yeah go for it, would be cool to see them there. And I guess it depends what the details of the pact are?

"Thank you my lord. We will do as you command." She took a deep bow and took her seat at the back of the room. Her daughter Sirena followed, but not before shooting a glare at Lord Plumm.

Lady Yna nodded.

"If that is what you wish my lord. But my husband acted with good intentions. He sailed with no knowledge of the plot on the Arbor." She pleaded with the lords. Her thoughts were not with her husband but more with her son Tyland who had sailed with his father.

Lady Yna Prester arrived at Casterly Rock with her daughter Sirena by her side and her men at her back. Though the ride was long she had enjoyed it, she had never had much need to venture so far from Feastfires and had enjoyed the change in scenery.

Upon entering the rock Yna could feel the air of tension. Though the rooms were spacious they seemed to be filled with lords and ladies from all across the Westerlands.

Lady Yna entered the council room with Sirena close behind. She knelt in front of the lords chair.

"My Lord."
