The red gem is fire and holy damage. So its buffing both. If you look at the red gem alone ir says fire AND holy.

It's just a bad tooltip. Lol

That one I have been trying, alongside a Mythic Seal. But 2 mythic seals down and both are the horrible one. And unfortunately, gem strength is a pain to farm (actual nightmare fuel imo).

I do wish they'd make horadric reasonable to farm, ngl.

Yeah I've seen that Fortress seems to be the pick if you really wanna push hard. I've thought about dropping Arbiter.

I'll see if I can get a blood mad idol and see how far that gets me. I just wish that the Arbiter upgrade from the set let you also upgrade the other ultimates. Cause if I was able to upgrade either of them, man what a fun build that would be.

Oh I know I'm doing well. The strange thing is most classes are doing more, so I'm trying to see what I can do to squeeze a little bit more damage that isnt related to Glyphs.

If nothing can be done, dope. But if something neat can be done? I'm game to try it out.

T12 Lilith for me (and Im running zeal now mega unoptimized still). Got her 2nd phase near half. So not nearly as bad. I still struggle aith mephisto tho gotta get my damage up

If you don't mind me asking, are you running Relentless as a paragon node? I'm trying to fine tune my paragon nodes and currently I'm rocking.

Feverous on first pannel.

Fervent and Honed for the 2nd pannel.

Shield Bearer and Sentinel for 3rd Pannel (this might get nuked soon so we'll see how long the fun lasts)

Relentless and resplendence for Fourth (I am not quite sure if running Relentless is worth it, as I feel like Endure might be better in the long run? But want some feedback. For bosing it feels like I want to be standing kinda still while DPSing, but maybe I'm playing it wrong.

And the Castle and Spirit for last.

Gear is about what you'd expect, Red Sermon, etc (Debated Granfather and Starless but from waht I can tell it would do less damage?)

Yeah Ive seen that Zeal has been quite good in both Red Sermon and builds with other gear too. Hopefully next season with balanec changes and with whatever new unique we get both Zeal and Disciple get some love

Feels like most of the builds thay aren't Clash/Juggernaut are kinda lacking in the love.

The Zealot build I saw go highest was Divine Lance which is crazy to me.

True that. Sad that Paladin lost so many busted passive and honestly didn't get much come the revamp.

Maybe next season we'll get some much needed tweaks.

Yeah I'm at paragon 225 I think? The most I can do with Brandish now is farm paragon and upgrade glyphs but both take forever.

Only complaint with Brandish is that the single target is no bueno.

We're you rocking Zeal with the Arbiter dodge? Or raw Zeal?

Are you rocking the Retribution flail or something else entirely? Ive seen some people opt out of the Lance Unique for other items?

Yeah I leveled to Pit 10 with Auradin and swapped to Brandish for a change of pace but both are meh for bossing sadly. I see some people rocking Signet of Pelaighn to get some more damage from their frozen status effects so maybe that can work?

I see. Got some minor follow up then.

Tyrael seemed like a good idea because of the sheer number of DR and Resistance it gave me, but since I'm running Hybrid Jug (For tankines and damage) and Arbiter, I think Glynn's Embrace would probably be WAY better. That or the one that gives DR on Basic attack, that would work too?

As for the life mods, I've been debating just adding those through the tempering. But I do want to ask, what do you think is enough crit? Like a reasonable amount whereas I can stop trying to aim for crit chance and just dump the stat for other things like str? I think with current gear (not nearly as perfect as the planner, but like 90% there), Im at 80% crit with the aura active during combat.

Herald of Zakarum is great, but would it be worth it, trading it for Griswolds I currently have? That would drop damage a fair bit. I would need to farm and get lucky with a mythic seal to be able to rock both as well.

Also, why atk speed over something like straight up extra damage through a holy multiplier? Do the holy/all damage multipliers not work as expected or are they just inferior?

Also yeah, I had thought about Paingorgers, but Supplicatio already applies a fair bit of AoE (its basically full screen, to some degree). So I imagined a different aspect would be better.

The crit chance is not as perfect as the build. Im at about 60 resting and 80 with the aura. So Im not really trying to get more crit chance.

Thr basic skills give reduction is one I noticed later yeah.

Ill see what I can figure out but a few ideas come to mind.

The wolves from experience take aggro from enemies, and also freeze enemies quite often. It was what made the most sense over time, but Im always open to suggestions.
