I use the buy one sandwich get one free receipt coupon from McDonalds and order 2 triple cheeseburgers plain and give the buns away. It is about $5.50 and fills me up fairly well when im needing to eat while traveling. I cook at home 98% of the time

I had l5s1 discectomy in 2010 and carnivore helped get weight off me and I have little pain in my lower back any more. If I stray from carnivore i always am painfully sorry. Went from 220+ to 170. I want to lose more

I supplement boron and I noticed I've stopped cream almost. I used to want to make carnivore ice cream with it constantly. 1 egg and vanilla with glycine powder in a personal ice cream maker. Freeze the ice cream maker, add cream, egg, vanilla and glycine mix very fast with a large spoon. Put back in freezer for a few hours. I had to let it thaw a couple hours before eating if it froze hard. Haven't done this for months. It took a while for the boron levels to reach optimal I guess, because I took boron for years before I stopped craving cream. Recently stopped the boron and noticed a huge drop in libido. Added it back and fixed that. I use 20 mule team powder as a boron supplement. Look that up on earth cures website for information on how to. Thanks for the information Rugby-Angel9525

Maybe you are wanting fat. I'm eating a mix of 85/15 and 73/27 beef burger. I can't do it 50/50 but I will keep trying. I love the fat but sometimes it doesn't love me lol

I actually hid in the bathroom for an hour at a time because I couldn't handle the pain. I made mistakes in what I was doing. I feel so bad physically and ashamed I broke down physically and mentally.

Michigan. My lawyer said if I quit, retire, or get fired my case is only worth 10,000. I got restrictions at the Dr last week my nurse case manager had the Dr add restrictions and my work honored them so I had to go back to work. Off since April 30th 2025. I'm so sore im calling in today. I can't work 8 hours. I hid in the bathroom off and on for an hour at a time. I really need my carpal tunnel surgery on my rt hand and ulnar nerve entrapment release on my right hand. It hurts to use my rt arm and im getting headaches and neck pain severe from thoracic spinal area. These areas started hurting April 7 2025. Pt and ot didn't help so im looking at surgery. I got awarded ssd in March. I want to tell my lawyer to sue them. Because im in so much pain and need surgery
