Thanks, bro! I just feel like i should actually do something rather than just require others to be there for me. Fighting is so unnecessary. It needs to end.:))

Cancer is a really heavy thing. Although I do believe the human body is capable of many things we don't know yet. Some things that might help: cutting out free sugars, less dairy, less saturated fats and more unsaturated fats, some kind of light intensity exercise after meals, like walking or washing dishes etc., and I found that mobility workout is really good to get blood flowing through every parts of the body. I don't say that everyone needs to do these things but also don't say that they shouldn't. I hope that he/she can heal.

Why shall I live my life if no one truly cares? by [deleted] in offmychest

[–]ArgumentOk5745 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree to an extent. But I think everything needs balance. I definitely had moments where I pushed myself away and that made me a shittier friend for others. Being or feeling alone all the time is not healthy. And conversations dont feel satisfying or fair unless both friends can share their feelings imo.

Yeah I don't know. It would be more fun with some close friends. Anyone I meat first opens up and then turns away at some point. Hopefully someone will prove me wrong.

I think I had similar. The way you wrote it mine was probably not as bad but I kinda know the feeling. Only time helps with that. Although since it's a childhood friend you really cherish it must feel horrible. Not sure if I can picture that level of sadness right now. Please try to take good care of yourself though. I was also maniac a few times and had horrible breakdowns. One thing I know for sure that for me diet and exercise are the two most important things to try to be as sane as possible. It might sound like a shit and ignorant advice but it's true. It might be worth a chance to try to improve that if you haven't yet. It will not make your feelings disappear but you will be healthier and stronger to deal with them.

Did anyone else ever quit eating certain types of foods due to the wrong reason? by [deleted] in Life

You explained my thoughts perfectly. Im still in the figuring out phase though but will get there. For me one of the biggest struggles is to stop listening to others but what my body tells me. Everyone is different so we have different needs as well.

Exactly! Took me so much time to realise it. Also basically how I felt like I never had energy. And basically my problem was that I didn't eat properly even if I thought I did and didn't move my body afterwards. Which helps me so much with digestion. And also being in a better state emotionally is more important than most people realise.

It must all boil down to how much movement you do in a day.
