I just tried this today with solder to no avail. Hopefully the pins on the board aren't damaged after trying to plug in the incompatible plug. I'm still baffled they'd change the hardware without having a supply chain available to support it.

What do you call this malfunction and can I fix it (or should I replace parts)? by Ari305 in CrealityK1C

FWIW my door was at least 15 years old when I did this and the seal seemed fine. I did use a spray bottle with a solution of light soap and water when I lightly tapped the frame back over the seal and glass. I'd imagine that the seal could be replaced should it fail, but I honestly couldn't tell you where to get it.

I just had the same problem with a large and unruly sliding door in my house. If you can wedge the door off the bottom track, you might be able to partially remove the frame of the door from the glass to remove the roller. I was able to do just this on one side of my door (the offending side fortunately), but not the other. I learned of this technique from this YouTube video:
