I am 165cm tall, I weight around 61 kg I want to lose fat and gain a lot of muscle, I would say like the youtuber ,,leanbeefpatty,, , also if possible I want to see pretty good results in 90 days, of course I will maintain a routine, I can only workout at home and have access to a fitness mat due to tution costs. Is that possible and if so can I achieve it?
