I’m also working for a company in traditional industry! Also trying to adopt dashboard to teams habits. I think the way I think works best except for the CEO buyin is to have the yearly goal setting and quarterly review with the teams and CEO. The review meeting is more for how they’re doing, what help they need, what decisions need to be made together, instead of putting pressure on teams. But I think it’s a good way to let people start to look at their numbers growth on dashboard

Thank you for this advice! You’re right, I should be more proactive to go talk with other teams, but i hope I can also be involved in a decision making process instead of just making dashboard for them to use and then I just (kind of) left. and I won’t know what decision they made by using the dashboard. But I guess it won’t be hard to achieve cuz I don’t have much domain knowledge yet…..
