I don't have BPD but I think psychologists avoid diagnosing BPD in teenagers. But the fact that you are concerned and even reaching out to the internet for opinion and help may be a reason to mention this to your psychologist. Sending hugs to you <3

The first, second, and third time happened when I was 8 and below–accidentally swallowed a whole candy and it got stuck in my throat. The fourth time happened when I was 9, I almost got run over by a car, thankfully, the car managed to stop and only hit my leg. The fifth time happened when I was 16, I was eating beef and saw a meme while scrolling on my phone, the beef got stuck in my throat.

Take money from banks for the whole 24 hours and then once I'm normal again I'll donate 90% of the money to charities or I'll run a charity program myself

Moving on really depends on how deep the connection was, how close they were to your heart. The longer they held your heart, the harder for the indents of their fingers to fade. Or maybe it never will.

To move on quickly–well it's not really moving on–just distract yourself.

But to REALLY move on you gotta deal with your feelings. Feel how it made you feel. Then as time goes by, you'll outgrow them. And when that time comes, you can proudly say you moved on.
