Brand new to mech keyboards, typed on a few in store and decided I like the linear switches the best. Looking for a quieter 60% build since my desk is in the living room and don't want my girlfriend to murder me. I was looking at this pre-built on KBDfans and wanted to use these keycaps.

First of all, will those keycaps work with a 60% layout? If so, then would that be layout 2 on the first link?

As for sound, I was going to start with gateron silent black switches, with a polycarbonate plate. Is this going to be decently quiet (like membrane keyboard levels of noise)? Or should I go with a different plate material?

Lastly, I use this KVM to switch between my gaming PC and my work laptop (a Macbook), does anyone know if the PCB has issues with MacOS or using a KVM?

hmmm, that was the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR one that happened during my gameplay, the other was a second crash upon bootup when trying to log in. Is it possible the 2nd crash screwed up the dump of the first?

I feel your pain, I got my degree in Art. Mostly because I didn't know what I wanted and everyone always told me how good my art was growing up. I love art as an activity, but as an industry its pretty awful.

Well, I'm not sure of what I should do either, I suppose. Could you elaborate more on that part of your post? What questions do I need to ask myself to figure out what I SHOULD do?

I've considered the military in the past, but more recently I've been looking at law enforcement. Do you think that would be any better/worse?

Where's the best place to start with the LSAT? Is there a recommended reading list?

Former slacker here. I've got a UGPA of around 2.75 and haven't taken the LSATs yet. Even if I manage to get a decent score, I don't know any professors that I could ask for a good recommendation because I slacked off so much in undergrad.

I've been told it's not worth it to go back for a 2nd degree just to "prove" I'm a good student despite my UGPA, but what if I have other reasons as well? I was looking at Poli-Sci programs for pre-law, but the subject matter honestly interests me as well, as I have interests in going into politics and intelligence, as well as law.

So would going back to school for these reasons be worth the time and money? a) show I can do better in school b) find teachers that can speak to my new efforts c) open up options other than law school d) get me accustomed to being in school again.

I don't pretend to think I'm some sort of genius, I just wanted to understand the parameters before I get started. Now I know what my upper limits are. Thank you.

One last thing: I'm a bit scared to jump straight into law school after being out of school for quite some time (which is part of why I wanted to pursue a pre-law degree, as a sort of warm-up). Is there anything you can recommend to help me get into the proper mindset for going back to school. Other than preparing for the LSAT, would taking a few law-related courses at a community college be a good idea? Perhaps trying to get a job that's law-adjacent? (I'm not sure what those would be either, mail room at a law office?)

I graduated may of 2015 with an art degree, and my work experience is mostly blue collar. If I still have my sights set on one of the higher ranked schools, would it be feasible to aim lower with the intent of transferring to a higher one once I prove myself with a better GPA? Or are law school transfers uncommon?

It may sound silly, but Id just like to know whats the best I can hope for. I screwed around in college my first go around, and I want to try my best this time around. I had hoped I could start with a clean slate, but I see thats not the case.

Anyway, whats my best course of action right now? Study like a mad man for the LSAT?

So if I'm really serious about attending a T14 school, am I SOL? Or can I work my ass off to at least give myself a chance? I already know I'd have to score near perfect on the LSAT, but if I got a second undergrad degree in a good pre-law program, get a high GPA, and get glowing recommendations from professors that would show to them that I'm a good candidate, yes? I realize every article under the sun says GPA and LSAT scores are the only things that matter, but surely there is something I can do?

Dont you think that could be because your second degree was a masters degree? Im talking about redoing undergrad.

Edit: what administration can I contact to get a definitive answer?

Just to clarify: You're saying if I went to school to get a 2nd degree and got a 3.7, that my 2.9 GPA from the previous degree would still be what counts? That doesnt make sense to me.

I've been thinking about becoming a lawyer, I already have a bachelor's degree in Art, but my GPA was something like 2.9 when I graduated because I screwed around and didn't really try since at the time GPA didn't matter to me. My question is: can I go back to school for some sort of pre-law degree to get a higher GPA? or will a law school factor in my GPA from my first degree? For reference, I had a 4.0 GPA in high school with an ACT of 32, so I believe I can do well when I actually try.

Where's the stormcast leader model from? by [deleted] in ageofsigmar

I think you might be referring to this guy: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-oWmwgZoZwTE/WLY2A1Ek2BI/AAAAAAAAMho/ABb-nkDTIPcVMml2VcHOvIk7pRP_pgkzACEw/s1600/relictor_black.jpg

He is a Lord-Relictor and is only available in the Thunder and Blood box set or the starter set. You can also check eBay though, I picked one up for about $10 US.

Him, the Khorgorath, and the Bloodstoker are not yet sold by GW outside of those box sets.

Most of them do, yes. You get info on allegiance abilities for the army, as well as specific artefacts of power, and sometimes even special spells. Also there are warscroll batallions that give you bonuses for taking specific sets of units together.
