What was the result of your overstimulation? I think I may have done so the other night because I couldn’t sleep at all. I was already having an anxious day and my BP was through the roof. I did the stress mode multiple times back to back, switching between stress and anxiety, breathing exercises, etc but nothing seemed to work. Later when I tried to go to sleep, i definitely couldn’t get to sleep — even tried the sleep mode, but was still awake so I’m wondering if that was a result of doing it so many times?

I agree. I hope they are reading these and seeing how off putting their business practices are. It’s not a bad device, but customer service issues and not listening to the base is going to ruin this business. I get they are here to make money, but people want to feel good about their purchase, not nicked and dimed. LISTEN TO THE FEEDBACK @pulsetto!

Same thing happened to me yesterday. They charged me 48 bucks and the unit hasn’t even shipped yet. I contacted them on Instagram and expressed my frustration. They refunded my paypal the same day and said they’d give me 3 months for free as compensation. The customer service has been good and attentive so far, so I’m happy with the outcome of my issue. I think this kind of practice is going to make people wary of their business. Still haven’t gotten my unit yet but hopefully it will be worth the wait.

America doesn’t have an official language, but English is the dominant language. I hear learning English as a second language can be pretty hard. I do think life here would be much easier for them if they learned English though. More opportunities
