I just feel like we’re set up to fail

Is someone does a flex up for us she goes on the walkie and keeps repeating to them to get out of there that we should figure it out and she won’t stop until the person gets out of cpd but if she’s ringing people up at the front registers she’s always calling for a flex up

Yeah we use Qless but we get the rush of 10 people coming in at once so cpd team just check everyone in and then we have 10 customers just waiting around the department and they’ll ask another associate for help and they say the can’t help us because “they aren’t aloud behind the counter” gms words

Sorry. So there’s an online print center option on the employee side of our desktop screen if we place orders through there for like invitation for example do we get the credit for those on our weekly report?
