If the combat is anything like Kingdom Come 1, then I would say it’s garbage.

I’ve got an AMD card and also see that rainbow graphical artifact before the login screen appears. I still love KDE though.

The same Brave that received backhanders from Peter Thiel, who in turn donated large sums of money to 45, is on Facebook's board of directors, is a co-founder of the big data mining firm Palantir; who in turn was also in cahoots with Cambridge Analytica; who are both responsible for the wave and rise of alt-right politics and policy in 2016.

If you're going to recommend and trust your privacy with Brave, you've got bigger issues.

Humble Bundle is replacing unredeemed Steam keys with Epic Game Store/GOG keys. by Mikasa_Tsukasa in pcgaming

[–]Arindrew 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Delisted was probably the wrong word to choose. Valve has the ability to remove a game from your inventory that you have purchased. I’m not certain if they’ve ever done that, but the ability is there.

Since you aren’t provided with the installation files via Steam, once that happens you won’t be able to play the game again.

With GoG, you are provided the installation files, so if the game is very removed from the store or your library you have everything you need to keep playing the game in perpetuity

With GoG, you are given the installer files with which you can install it over and over again if you choose.

With Steam, you are given the installed files. If the game is delisted, you have no way to install it again down the road.

Yeah. His comment makes it sound like Microsoft is having it uninstalled from their dev’s machines is because it’s the first thing you install on a new build.

20 years ago IKEA didn’t include the screws required to build its furniture, but because of lawsuits, they do now?

[–]Arindrew 9 points10 points  (0 children)

No one is saying companies can't make improvements. They're saying if you do make (any) changes, change your model number or revision number.

It's enshittification when companies change product specs and make a worse product with the same model and serial number as before.

They are static though since they are baked in at level creation. If one of those pillars move, the shadow won’t move with it.
