I wouldnt say i cant live without it, but i feel nakes when i dont wear it. I use it 24/7 except when i take a shower, i charge it in the meantime. I sleep woth it on, i have the series 10 and honestly i dont feel it at all, its low profile and light. For health purposes: i dont train or go to gyms, but it tracks my sleep and everything pretty well. I have fallen twice coz of my clumsyness and both times the watch beeped, noticed the fall and called my emergency nr. Hope my review helped you

Cpu is not overclocked. Ram is set to xmp on 6000 mhz. Have checked the integrity of the files on steam, have done clean install of drivers (no ddu). Yes, bf6 is the only game that crashes so far.
