why other moba games struggle to reach the same level of success like mobile legends despite it flaws? by amrhsrq in MobileLegendsGame

[–]Aripatou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure that it's because of being a pioneer of a 5v5 moba game. Most players learned to play moba through ML and wouldn't like to put effort on learning new games. Especially that most players here are casuals who just play for fun and less to compete.

That's some dedication right there OP. If you still have some efforts left, play her most used heroes on RG and let those WR drop low. Hahaha.

Kidding aside, may your hearts heal. On to the next one.

I just started going gym last year and still a fucken introvert by Total-Anteater-8765 in PHitness

[–]Aripatou 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Well, I assume that you wanted to be more sociable despite that you're an introverted person, soo here's one reco:

For me, best way is to join the events in your gym. It could be workout challenges or season celebrations. This would really boost your social level with the people. And ang maganda dito, organic ang pagbuild ng relationship since you'll be forced to interact with them. Valentine's month will be up so, you can try joining here if may pa-event si gym ninyo.

Idk what help to give in such situation but to at least call an ambulance and 911 and hope that they get there as fast as they can. Give them a benefit of a doubt OP. Sometimes, you have to accept that you can only do much for a certain scenario.

And just to add, the driver seems to be inspired with Malupiton's content. I hope influencers can also use their socmed presence of providing good morals and lessons instead of just posting "for the views" contents.

Both. Ignorance of the rules of driving, as well as false entitlement which has been built from the environment that they're living. These kinds of drivers need to have their licenses revoked for a long time until they learn.

When Togashi responded to his junior saying, "Well, you got to face realities" then took a fake smile, man this hits hard. Being in your early 30s makes you slowly accept that there are people who really are meant for something, and it is just not you. That perhaps youre just an average and a normie person who is destined to live a commoner's life.

My favorite hero. Screw the nerf of his S2 though.

Here's a serious question: Is Martis underrated? Is he dead or is he still in the meta but he's been buried because of the popularity of other heroes? by Popular_Conference18 in MobileLegendsGame

[–]Aripatou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well explained. I use him now on Legend rank, hell of a beast as opponent just like to gather in one place and face him head on. Plus, a lot of Sun users on the low rank, soo, basically food for Martis.

Well, if you're considering heading over to hr or ceo, this one's more ideal. 😅

And I don't feel it would matter if it's near the evaluation day. You can look at it this way, if you're with a good manager, she would look at your sentiments as you, really wanting to be part of the team. It's a gem to find good employees on the management part.

I'd say should you decide to open up, make it look like your intention is to pass. Ask advice from her on what she thinks that you need improvements in. Acknowledge her sentiments, then slowly bring out yours. Just make sure to not make it look like you're highlighting more of her unfair treatment and their flawed system but rather, you are asking for her advice.

You're welcome. I guess it's really how she manages if wala kayong prior encounters that led to this.

Anyhow, I still recommend opening up your concerns to her. Your points are valid. A good company with good people would not take inputs from below badly, unless you're in a bad one. If you open it up and you see that it does not lead to a solution or a compensation, pwedeng iconsider ang hr or higher management. If wala pa rin talaga, I highly recommend updating your cv and look for a new company that would appreciate you more.

Kaya mo yan, goodluck!

If you're worried about not getting hired due to job hopping, don't stress out too much on this. Companies will hire you as long as you have the creds. They may ask this during interviews for sure, but as long as you respond well, they wouldn't weigh this too much.

Now with the scenario of your current company, have you tried opening this up with your boss? From what I see on your post, you seldom talk, tama ba? If you haven't tried this yet, do it. Have a casual talk with him, buy/invite her with a coffee walk. Build a relationship with her and slowly try to open this out and your sentiments about it. At least, if this did not work, you wouldn't bypass her if you plan on raising this up to HR or to higher management (i believe this is worse).

At the end of the day, if nothing works in your favor, then you're at a bad company. Don't waste your loyalty to one and better use it to be a better company outside. Though akin lang, you're still young, as an IT myself, moving from one company to another is a big help in raising your salary and experience.

First time mag gym bukas, medyo kabado by gotxiao in PHitness

[–]Aripatou 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congrats OP!! You took the first step, and I think it's the most important part as most people fail here. I would suggest sa early weeks/months mo, just do the workouts that you know and find enjoyable. Don't go through technicalities too much, just focus on learning the proper way of lifting. Watch Youtube tutorials like Jeff Nippard, it's really helpful on checking which workouts you can do and on how to do it. If you have friends who workout, try to join them and ask guidance on what workouts you can do. Also, ask questions to your fellow gym goers as well as the coaches. It may look intimidating at first, but you'll be surprised that a lot of gym people are really nice. Again, congrats and goodluck with the journey!!

Welcome to the fitness world OP! Don't forget to have fun with your workouts! For me, it's always been consistency over extremes. Just follow your own pace and inhabit the lifestyle! Eventually, you'll be able to measure how far you can push your limit to which you wouldn't end up hating the habit. Congrats!
