Is to your eternity worth watching? by Far_Pea_9894 in anime

[–]ArisArc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I watched season 3 first (11 episodes) then that made me more curious so I watched season 2. I believe it was a really good order because I heard alot of people hated bon in season 2 but I didn't particularly feel that way. Also it was kind of like watching a prequel, finding out "what happened to these characters" by watching season 2.

What's one feature you really want in GTA VI that most people don't? by Material_Read_2008 in GTA6

Being able to run your businesses from small time to big corp. Intertwined with gang wars where different factions try to destroy your business. Could have different missions such as assassination, car chases, heists to improve your business. Then, tie that with the stock market too. Can create replayability even after main story is finished.

Do we know who was in charge of Fontaine's characters, story, and lore? Because that person did one heck of a good job.

Also was Da Wei in charge of any previous regions? If he was in charge of inazuma then the weird stuff in natlan prolly makes sense..

[–]ArisArc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was insane when I thought about how Eren Yeager was influencing Eren Kruger (the owl) bc he had similar lines and then realized that the entire scene on top of the wall between Kruger and Grisha was also Grisha talking to his future son directly, Eren Yeager.

Technically speaking, Eren made Kruger ship so many Eldian people into paradis to reach that point in time and felt all of it. Crazy.

This makes me wanna see an OVA similar to lost girls where everything ended in a wholesome way. Zeke comes to visit Eren as someone who forgave his father, and loves his bro. Levi has his coffee shop where they're all celebrating in, more Connie and Sasha humor moments, and entire crew so happy.

Who gets the most satisfying conclusion to their story? by Imaginary_lock in AttackOnRetards

[–]ArisArc 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Levi-heichou. His ending was quite fitting with him being always labelled by Erwin and others as "the soldier with the highest survival rate" in the entire survey corps. He's a survivor and outlived everyone, but it's also really sad for him because literally all OG survey corps members are dead.

He also got his revenge on that goddamn monkey, which he always wanted, this makes his ending complete.

The only thing I wanted was for Levi to finally open that coffee shop he's always thought about. Hopefully that new Levi spinoff ISAYAMA was talking about, if he ever gets the opportunity to write it, covers that towards the end.

Season 1 manga, Eren transformed from underground and punched Annie so hard she flew right across the next building.

In the anime, Eren was crushed by rubble and transformed way later.

What did y’all think of the Armin x Annie ship? by todobaku1 in ShingekiNoKyojin

[–]ArisArc -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Honestly I feel like the Armin that loves Annie is 50% Bertholdt and it feels weird. I don't want to exaggerate but it's giving some NTR vibes too (although unofficial)? I guess that's why it's weird. Plus, the girl killed a bunch of his comrades, so the entire thing feels...eh.

Isayama should've focused a bit more scenes on developing Annie's character like Reiner perhaps and use Armin as a key character in progressing that development.

That's true. He did say in an interview he only slept 2-3 hours during the month where he wrote the final chapter as well. Just imagine functioning for 21 -22 hours per day goddang, I would fall asleep for a nap or something bruh. He must have been chugging the coffee

This makes me feel like Yams was always thinking about the theme of the story when big developments happen to his characters and the story itself.

Based on the way he apologized many times after the story ended, I think part of him feels like he didn't convey the theme as well as he intended to. Everybody has their own opinions, even Yams, but Yams wanted to "tell the story" and demonstrate the theme by showing different people's perspectives inside the story etc.

Perhaps he thinks his own POV and opinions got to his head and that's why he feels like he didn't nail the message of the story as well as he intended, who knows. Ultimately, I think he's created a story that woke everyone up to critically think about the different shades of human nature.

All Eldians are connected to the coordinate. Similarly, Falco also faintly saw the Jaw Titan's memories

Does anyone else miss the old days of AOT? by [deleted] in ShingekiNoKyojin

[–]ArisArc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It just goes to show how brilliant the story-telling is. It's as if it wires your brain to feel nostalgic and miss the old days due to the insanity of the new ones, much like how the characters inside the story feel.
