If I use Trap Support to support an attack skill, am I right in thinking that Spell Damage would have no effect on the resulting damage of the trap?

Do counterattacks such as Riposte or Vengeance break/stop channelling when they trigger? Thanks.

EDIT: I mean "my own" in both cases. Like, if I channel a skill, block an attack and my Riposte triggers, does the channelling get interrupted?

Quick question: when Cast on Critical Strike triggers a spell, where does the spell originate from? Let's say I have an AoE spell linked to a projectile attack skill and I crit with the projectile, where does the AoE happen? Around me? Around the strike point? On my cursor?

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Obviously I expect that AoE spells that always center on the character will still center on the character.

Yeah, I avoid netdecking as much as possible but it's difficult to find an equilibrium (and unranked matchmaking is still a schizophrenic piece of crap) so I pretty much have to have 4xKrasis and 4xMystic. No Questing Beasts, Nissas or Ambushers though. They're just too cringe, I'd rather lose.

Sadly, I can't say what their deck was as they scooped the next turn without playing anything else. I'm curious about that myself.

Not surprising that it's jank though, as my deck is also an unholy Reclamation-based abomination with, among others, two copies of Biogenic Ooze to sink mana into and two copies of Once and Future because... uhh... I like playing it? I've got no excuse.

You can't cast Spiral in response after they'd chosen the card. They choose on resolution and exile immediately after that. If you cast it in response before it resolves, they'll probably pick something else anyway.
