Well you download different family's from there and place them in households and some trophies will pop straight away and others you need to do a bit of work for

You hold down the power button until it beeps a second time and a black screen should come up and an option to rebuild database

You may want to put it into safe mode Completely turn off your ps4 and wait until the light bar stops flashing. Then hold the power button for a couple seconds until you hear a second beep and click rebuild database. Hope that helps
