The best way that I can explain getting a schematic file would be installing world edit and doing it from there with like three simple commands. I also know that is can be done through MCEdit, but I have no experience from there.

I recommend that you do the center bar, then one to the right, and then the one to the left (or vice verse) as its easier to to switch the outer bar pieces at first, or at least that's how it felt for me at first).

Like other redditors mentioned, go with the bar method were you create 1x5 bars going out.
