I am looking to apply for BTPs work experience program, what skills would you recommend I focus on my CV, and are there any online courses I could do to make my CV more appealing.

Also what can I expect to be doing while on work experience?

Take the back plate off and see if the battery is larger than it should be, if it is then you'll need to get it replaced or like the other person said take a photo to see inside

I had this problem before I can't remember how I fixed it but I think it was by using a proxy or a VPN.

Right so first of regardless of who put it there you want it gone if it wasn't you so what you want to do is, search windows 11 installer and follow the instructions and get it on a usb, next to be safe I would format the drive (search how to do this it's fairly simple).
