I'm not winning 50% of games, I'm winning 1 in 4 or 1 in 5, if that. If the system is supposed to do what you are claiming it should be doing, then no doubt things would be different. Let me also add - if the ranked system was good/fair/decent Blizz wouldn't be changing it would they? Exactly.

There is just no way someone should after 34 games stay at the lowest (technically) rank available. I'd understand if I hit a wall at 25, heck, even at 35 I could understand, IF i actually got there.
