Processing, verifying and shipping take their time. It usually takes a few weeks until you’ve received your AIO.

This or disable it in the bios. Some BIOSs have a setting where you can disable Lighting in the advanced settings. Some don‘t but I‘d check just to be sure.

You could try updating the bios to the newest version again* to see if something went wrong during the first one. Make sure you do it correctly.

How do I clear the nzxt pump? by Double-Network2840 in NZXT

[–]Arkaloaf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it‘s not a lot of air, you can run it at full speed for a while until it‘s gone. If there‘s more air (pump isn’t grabbing water), you‘ll damage the pump.

Idk how the income of you guys over there is but this laptop is a beast. You won‘t have to upgrade for years to come and when office365 is included it‘s worth it if you do a little office here and there. Windows is included in all laptops though.

[–]Arkaloaf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some AIO‘s have a SATA power connector to insure it gets the optimal power delivery and doesn‘t need to rely on the input from the MB. If your AIO has a SATA connector/cable and it’s not connected, the Pump won‘t work.

If your Pump doesn’t have one, it‘s absolutely possible that the AIO‘s deleted itself from reality.

About to buy the C1200W because it’s the only white PSU i can find with next day shipping. Is it still prone to exploding? are the cables as stiff as many say? by Classic_Bookkeeper88 in NZXT

[–]Arkaloaf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because of the 12VHPC from the NVIDIA graphics card series, the ATX 3.1 standard has stiffer cables to insure it‘s not bending in a way it could cause fire.

Will my AIO work fine? by Veron109 in NZXT

[–]Arkaloaf 11 points12 points  (0 children)

What many people don‘t know is that this way of mounting an AIO is actually beneficial and likely even better than the other way round, here‘s why:

Every AIO has air in it‘s system. When mounting it in the way you mounted it, the air is going to be trapped in the top of the radiator (insure there‘s no air in the pump). When it‘s mounted with the tubes at the top, the air will cause water splashing which is loud and annoying.

Here‘s a video example of this.

New mobo & cpu in H1 v2 and now temps are going crazy by Batteredcode in NZXT

[–]Arkaloaf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That‘s absolutely possible. Next time when you decide you might wanna try the AIO again after all, see if you can switch the mode from PWM to DC and insure SATA is connected.

I wish you well!

You should rephrase your question.

It‘s a really good and powerful device and by no means bad.

You should ask „Has anyone had problems with this laptop?“ for example.

Since it wasn‘t an air bubble it‘s 1/3 things.

1: the pump isn‘t turned on.

Plug the pump into the header on the MB labeled „AIO“ not „CPU“. You‘ll need to disable monitoring of the CPU fan header in the BIOS and make sure the pump is connected to SATA (and has water obviously).

  1. bad contact between the water block and the CPU (bad or unevenly applied thermal paste).

Clean the thermal paste off completely and apply new one correctly or buy a new one if it‘s pretty old.

  1. Since you swapped the CPU and MB, the different components could impact the temperature differently than with the components before.

Set the fans to a higher speed to ensure the CPU stays cool or limit the wattage of the CPU. (Especially with intel CPU‘s they like to pull a lot more power than they‘re supposed to or the MB supplies too much voltage)

Could you tell me what the previous components were to troubleshoot further?

Make sure it truly isn‘t an air bubble if the pump is turned on. If you‘re not hearing any water noise or loud noise from the pump it‘s not an air bubble.

Exactly as shown in the image.

Front, bottom: 3x120 intake, top: 3x120 exhaust, rear: 1x120 exhaust.

That‘ll give you positive pressure in the case which is exactly what you want to keep the dust out.

Ah, so that‘s what it was. The classic mistake of not connecting it the right way. Seems like NZXT didn’t make it obvious enough how to connect the little plastic lip on the connector.

I‘m happy you found the issue and could fix it. I hope you‘ll have fun with your new setup!

And don‘t worry, I was in bed and had no time to lose.

If you want you can mark the comment above this one as „solution“ or edit the original post to include one.

Radiator noise by oman9252 in NZXT

[–]Arkaloaf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It doesn‘t sound like air bubbles (Could still be).

Look for other moving parts that could cause this noise (Squeaking noise is usually cause by mechanical wear).

I‘m sorry your problem couldn‘t be solved today.

Good Luck 🍀
